The SAM Program is an Adult Day Program which offers a structured "day out" for seniors and adults who are unable to participate in their usual social and recreational activities. SAM Program sites offer a variety of recreational, social, physical and mentally-stimulating activities to participants with program goals of Stimulation, Activation and Motivation.

The saying "Use It or Lose It" not only applies to our bodies, it also applies to our brains. Physical or cognitive challenges are accommodated at SAM with a focus on what a person can do instead of what they can't do.
